Here you can select:

  • Registration – Commuter with lunches only, or with lunches and dinners
  • Registration – Retreat Center housing with all meals, Single or Double Occupancy. Check in is at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, September 14; check-out is before Mass on Saturday, September 17. (luggage storage available)

Registration includes:

  • All instructional events: breakout sessions, choir rehearsals, and lectures
  • Participation in Liturgies
  • Music book including all repertory for the liturgies and a copy of the Parish Book of Chant

CMAA Members are eligible for a $50 discount on their registration (regular registration only – not student/seminarian rate). If you join or renew with your registration, you’ll receive the discounted rate instantly. There are twelve (12) options for registration:

  1. Regular attendees – Commuter with lunches only
  2. Regular attendees – Commuter with lunches only and CMAA Membership
  3. Regular attendees – Commuter with lunches and dinners
  4. Regular attendees – Commuter with lunches and dinners and CMAA Membership
  5. Seminarians/full-time students – Commuter with lunches only
  6. Seminarians/full-time students – Commuter with lunches and dinners
  7. Regular attendees – with housing (3 nights), Double occupancy*
  8. Regular attendees – with housing (3 nights), Double occupancy* and CMAA Membership
  9. Regular attendees – with housing (3 nights), Single occupancy
  10. Regular attendees – with housing (3nights), Single occupancy and CMAA Membership
  11. Seminarians/full-time students – with housing (3 nights), Double occupancy*
  12. Seminarians/full-time students – with housing (3 nights), Single occupancy

* Double occupancy registrants should provide the name of their roommate for the workshop. If you wish to be matched by conference organizers with another person to share a double room, please inform us by email at programs@musicasacra.com. If we are unable to match you with a roommate, you’ll be responsible for the single rate.

Payments by check

If you prefer to pay for registration and special meals by check, please complete the registration and indicate that you’ll pay by check. In order to receive early registrations rates, full payment for early registration is due by August 15th; regular registration is due by September 1st. After September 1st, full payment is due with your registration. If you have questions about a balance due, please contact us at programs@musicasacra.com.
